Ecofrontiers SARL ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SlabClaw mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Card photographs: When you use the AI grading feature, the App captures images of your trading cards via your device camera.
- Portfolio data: Card names, grades, acquisition prices, dates, locations, and valuations you manually enter.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Search queries: Card names and grades used to look up marketplace prices.
- Subscription status: Managed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not process or store payment information.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not create user accounts.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers.
- We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.
- We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or cookies.
- We do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not track users.
2. How We Use Your Information

We use card photographs and search queries solely to provide the App's core functionality. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.
3. Third-Party Services
The App communicates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

These services receive only the minimum data necessary to fulfill your request. We do not share personal identifiers with any third party because we do not collect them.
4. Data Storage and Retention
4.1 Local Storage
All user data is stored locally on your device:
- Database: Portfolio cards, AI grade sessions, portfolio snapshots.
- Cache: Temporary API response cache with automatic expiration (5 minutes to 7 days depending on data type).
4.2 No Cloud Storage
We do not sync, back up, or transmit your portfolio data to any server. Your data exists only on your device.
4.3 Data Retention
- Portfolio data: Retained until you delete it via Settings > "Delete All My Data" or uninstall the App.
- AI grade sessions: Retained locally until you delete them or uninstall the App.
- Cache: Automatically expires. Can be manually cleared via Settings > Data > Clear Cache.
- Card images sent to Anthropic: Processed in real-time and not retained by SlabClaw. Refer to Anthropic's privacy policy for their retention practices.
5. Your Rights
5.1 Under GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)
You have the right to:
- Access your data — all data is visible within the App.
- Rectify your data — edit portfolio entries directly.
- Erase your data — Settings > "Delete All My Data."
- Export your data — Pro subscribers can export as CSV.
- Restrict processing — deny camera access or use offline.
- Object to processing — we do not profile or market.
- Data portability — CSV export feature.

5.2 Under CCPA (California Residents)
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Request deletion via Settings > "Delete All My Data."
5.3 Under French Law (Loi Informatique et Libertés)
We comply with the Loi Informatique et Libertés and CNIL regulations. File complaints at cnil.fr.
6. Children's Privacy
SlabClaw is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect information from children. The App involves financial analysis of collectible assets and is intended for adult collectors.
7. Security
- All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- No personal data is stored on our servers.
- API keys are routed through a secure proxy.
- Local database is protected by iOS sandboxing.
8. International Data Transfers
When you use the AI grading feature, card images are transmitted to Anthropic's servers in the United States. For EU/EEA users, these transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR Chapter V.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (OS platform), accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
