These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SlabClaw mobile application ("App") operated by Ecofrontiers SARL ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
SlabClaw is a tool for vintage Pokemon card collectors (WOTC era, 1996–2003). The App provides:
- AI-powered card grade predictions using computer vision
- Cross-platform price comparison across tokenized and physical marketplaces
- Portfolio tracking and valuation
- Arbitrage detection and deal alerts
- Expected value calculations for grading decisions
2. Important Disclaimers
2.1 Not Financial Advice
SlabClaw is an informational tool, not a financial advisor. All price data, arbitrage suggestions, expected value calculations, portfolio projections, and deal recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
You are solely responsible for your buying, selling, grading, and trading decisions. We make no guarantees regarding the profitability of any transaction. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
2.2 AI Grade Predictions Are Estimates
AI grade predictions are computational estimates based on image analysis. They are not professional grading assessments and do not replace evaluation by PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading service. Actual grades may differ significantly.
Do not rely solely on AI predictions when making grading submission or purchasing decisions.
2.3 Price Data Accuracy
Price data is aggregated from third-party marketplaces and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Prices can change rapidly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information.
2.4 No Affiliation
SlabClaw is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PSA, BGS/Beckett, CGC, SGC, The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Courtyard.io, Collector's Crypt, Beezie, Phygitals, eBay, OpenSea, or Magic Eden. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Free and Pro Tiers
The App offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription with full access.
3.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
3.3 Pricing

3.4 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
3.5 Free Trial
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon subscription purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to scrape data from third-party marketplaces in violation of their terms
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its data
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Circumvent the subscription paywall or usage limits
- Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the App
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and algorithms, is owned by Ecofrontiers SARL and protected by copyright. Card images and marketplace data are the property of their respective owners and displayed for informational purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for financial losses from trading decisions made using App data.
- Our total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including EU consumer protection law).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ecofrontiers SARL from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, data stored locally on your device remains under your control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Toulon, France, except where EU consumer protection regulations grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
